1. I cannot select the number and type of tickets that I want for my time slot?

This may mean that this particular time slot is partially full, please pick a different time slot 10 minutes before or after.

2. Can I add a person to my booking when I arrive?

Yes, it is possible to add one person to your booking and pay for them on arrival. Please note that group numbers are limited to avoid overcrowding. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your time slot particularly if you have an extra person to add to the booking.

3. What should we wear for our visit?

Santa in the barn is outdoors.  While spending time on the farm, warm clothing is advised. The majority of the animals will be indoors throughout the farm.

4. I do not have a PayPal account, can I still pay online?

Yes, please continue with your booking until you reach the checkout page. Here you can use your credit/Debit card or log into your PayPal account.

Using the On Line Booking System

1. Select a Date.

If a date can’t be selected, no tickets are available for that event on that date. Please choose another day.

2. Click on the ‘Book Now’ button.

You’ll then be taken to the next page.

3. Select a Time from the drop down Menu.

Santa in the barn starts every 10 mins. Select the time you wish your visit to begin. If the time is Red it is unavailable, please select another time.

4. Choose your tickets.

Select the type and quantity of tickets required. Minimum requirement is one Adult/Teenager ticket

5. Click Continue.

When you have completed your choices click continue.

6. Fill in Your Details.

Complete the online form with your details, agree to the Online Booking Terms & Conditions and click Continue.

7. Choose Payment Type.

You can paid by Credit Card or by PayPal. Both are totally secure and you’ll receive an email confirmation once the booking has been confirmed.
