Leahy's Open Farm Terms & Conditions
Booking, Cancellations & Change of Bookings
- The booking service can only be used for purchasing tickets. It cannot be used to make provisional bookings or to hold reservations. It is strongly advisable to be sure of dates and times before booking as tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Changes to dates and times are not permitted.
- All visitors must present a screenshot or copy of their booking upon arrival.
- General admission tickets purchased are valid only for Leahy’s Open Farm and does not include any special events e.g Boo! & Santa in the barn
- Digger Rides & Crazy Golf are not included in your entry price.
- All children must have adult supervision at all times. Adults have to book a ticket for Boo event or Christmas event, to supervise their child during these events.
- The use of the facilities at Leahy’s Open Farm are at the users own risk. We do not accept responsibility for the well being of visitors or their property.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- In the event of any further communication with us please quote valid booking name and email address from the booking.
- Leahy’s Open Farm operates a non smoking and no alcohol policy.
- Members must have a valid, in date card on the day of the event. They must show the card for each member. Failure to show a valid card will deem your booking invalid.
Leahys Pod Park terms and conditions:
By booking accommodation (Pod or Pods) you agree to abide by Leahy’s Open Farm Ltd Terms and Conditions and Site Rules.
Booking Confirmation and Payments
Full payment will be debited from your credit card or debit card at time of booking through our website or via the phone.
Payments are only refundable or transferrable for pod accommodation with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. If you wish to cancel your reservation please contact: info@leahysopenfarm.ie
Conditions of Booking
In consideration of other visitors, we kindly request that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 p.m. Any guest(s) whose party behaviour disrupts or may interfere with the general comfort/respect of other guests may be denied entry or have their booking terminated. Refunds won’t be given in this case.
Arrival/Departure
On arrival, all visitors can check in from 3 p.m. Checkout time on the day of departure is by 10 am. Your code will be at the bottom of the confirmation page, to gain access to your key for your pod. Please leave the key in the key lock on departure.
Accommodation
All linen is provided including duvets, pillows, sheets, towels etc.
Smoking is not permitted inside the pods, outside the pods, or close to door or window openings. Please use the designated smoking area only.
When you depart, you must leave your Pod and its contents in a neat and orderly manner. We keep the right to charge you for any additional cleaning, lost/stolen goods, or damage.
We reserve the right to enter your Pod at any time for any reasonable purpose, for example, to make checks, maintenance work or housekeeping.
Throughout your whole stay, the individuals in your group and the number of individuals in each Pod must remain the same.
The maximum number of guests in each Pod (as stated on our website) must not be exceeded. If it is, we may move those additional persons to another Pod and will charge you or them the appropriate full charge for the additional Pod, from the date your party arrived.
Pets
Leahy’s Open Farm glamping pods do not cater for pets, No pets are allowed.
BBQs
Lighting of BBQs are only permitted in designated areas.
BBQs must supervised by an adult at all times and disposed of properly.
Please do not put your bbq on the patio of your pod, as it may cause damage.
Take Good Care of Your Possessions
While on holiday with us, it is your duty to take care of and maintain your belongings, money, and valuables (such as watches, jewellery, cameras, credit cards, etc.). These things should never be left alone in your pod or elsewhere on the property. We advise not bringing valuable items on holiday unless they are absolutely required in order to lessen the likelihood of distress brought on by loss or damage. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you experience any losses. Postage and packing costs will apply when returning any lost items. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused to your belongings.
Changes to your booking by us
For events beyond our control, such as (but not limited to) natural catastrophes, fires, technological issues, inclement weather, acts of government, etc., Leahy’s Open Farm Ltd. cannot be held liable or compensated. Leahy’s Open Farm Ltd. will make every effort to guarantee that it is accessible to visitors during regular business hours. However, Leahy’s Open farm Ltd. maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to close the site/Pods or any portion of them, for any reason, including safety concerns, and with or without prior notice. Leahy’s Open Farm Ltd. will reimburse any customer for the cost of their lodging payments in the case of such a closure.
General/Responsibility
Every car is parked at the risk of the owner. The management accept no liability for loss or damage while on the park or otherwise.
Anyone discovered damaging or vandalising any of the site’s structures, tools, or belongings faces instant eviction and/or legal action. The customer who made the reservation will be charged for any losses, damages, or breakages to the site’s amenities or other customers’ property that they or their guests cause.
Protection of data
The data provided on the reservation form will be kept on file for administrative purposes exclusively on a computer. This information will never be disclosed with any parties.
Guidelines and Policies
- On the day of departure, check-out must be by 10 a.m.
- To respect other visitors, please reduce noise levels after 10 p.m.
- There are no campfires allowed anywhere other than the designated fire pit area.
- It is important to utilise speakers, radios, televisions, instruments, and other equipment without upsetting other people.
- The only people with access codes to the gates are those who are lodging there.
- Only paid residents are allowed on the park.
- Anyone who disrupts the property will be removed and their refund will not be granted.
- When a facility is closed, especially the farm itself after business hours, do not try to access or enter.
- On-site use of disposable BBQs is prohibited.
