Halloween 2026- BOO Event
Get ready for a spooky adventure this Halloween! Our BOO Halloween Event will be running from 24th–31st October, from 11am–3pm.
Meet our scary characters and then embark on a thrilling trailer ride through the forest… if you dare!
Please note that this is a partially outdoor event, so dress appropriately for the weather. Buggies are not permitted on the trailer ride.
As you’re already staying in our pods, farm entry is included as part of your stay during normal farm opening hours. This means you can simply add our Halloween experience to your stay for a small extra cost:
BOO Adult – €10 BOO Child – €10
When you arrive at the farm, simply state your name at the entrance. Our team will then provide you with a ticket for your chosen Halloween time.
Please make sure you are available during the event hours of 11am–3pm for your chosen time. The farm is open from 10am-6pm.

Santa in The Barn - 2026
We’re delighted to be holding our Christmas Event at the Farm – Santa in the Barn!
As you’re already staying in our pods, farm entry is included as part of your stay during farm opening hours, so you can add our whole Christmas experience to your stay for a small extra fee.

Every child receives a present from Santa to take home before the big day!

You can also purchase a printed photo with Santa on the day.
Important Information
Please take note of our Santa booking times and farm opening hours when planning your visit. (SEE BELOW)
When you arrive at the farm for your Santa visit, please make your way to Farm Reception, where a staff member will write you a ticket for your chosen Santa time — this is not done at the glamping pods. So don’t worry if you’re checking in late, as you can also collect your Santa ticket on the second day of your stay, as you’ll still have full farm access. They will write you a ticket for your Santa experience at your chosen time for that day.

Leahy's Pod Park
Welcome to our serene retreat nestled amidst the enchanting landscapes of Knock a keo woods, where nature’s embrace invites you to unwind and recharge. Our accommodation offers a tranquil escape with eight cosy pods, each capable of accommodating up to six guests, ensuring a comfortable stay for families and groups alike.
Relax in the welcoming ambiance of our thoughtfully designed pods, where towels and linen are provided for your convenience. Inside, you’ll find a mini kitchenette equipped with essential amenities such as a fridge, sink, and microwave, perfect for preparing light meals during your stay.
Rest easy on our comfortable single bunk beds and spacious double bed, with additional sleeping space available on the pull-out corner sofa bed. Freshen up in the en suite bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and hand basin, ensuring privacy and convenience.
Experience ultimate comfort with underfloor heating, ensuring warmth even on chilly nights. Step outside to our inviting hangout area, featuring indoor seating, heaters, and a BBQ area, ideal for gathering with loved ones and enjoying al fresco dining.
As a guest of our retreat, you’ll have exclusive access to Leahy’s open farm, during farm open hours.
(Please note farm is closed Monday to Thursday from 1st October 2026 to 1st April 2027 except for school holidays, please check farm open times before booking if you want to visit the farm during your stay).
TERMS & CONDITIONS AT LEAHY'S POD PARK
Leahy's Pod Park Terms & Conditons
- Booking & Payment
- Full payment must be made before arrival unless otherwise agreed.
- Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval.
- Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will forfeit full payment.
- No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
- Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. If arriving later, please inform us in advance.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs may incur a fee.
- Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect other visitors and property at all times.
- Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 PM.
- Open fires are not permitted. BBQs may only be used in designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed inside the glamping pods.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the pods.
- Damage & Cleaning
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the pods or farm property.
- Any excessive cleaning required may result in an additional charge.
- Farm Access & Safety
- Guests have full access to Leahy’s Open Farm during their stay during farm opening hours (Check website).
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around animals and play areas.
- The farm operates in all weather conditions—please bring suitable clothing.
- Liability
- Leahy’s Pod Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests stay at their own risk, and the farm is not liable for accidents or injuries due to improper use of facilities.
- Changes & Farm Policies
- Leahy’s Pod Park reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
- In rare cases, we may need to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast Basket for one Adult: €8
Homemade Scone, Jam and Butter, Juice, Fruit and Cereal.
Breakfast Basket for one Kid: €6
Cereal, Fruit, Juice and Croissant.
Available for pick up from 9:30am in Coffee Shop. Breakfast basket is available on the first morning of your stay.
Please select what options you would like by 6pm the previous evening.
BBQ HIRE
Includes use of BBQ for one night, It comes with starter kit, Extra fuel can be bought at Leahy’s Open Farm.
Light up the fire pit and toast some marshmallows over the fire.
Bag of marshmallows (Approx 12 pieces) and skewers for toasting.

Guests have access to the farm while staying in our glamping pods during open hours only.
Please note farm is closed Monday to Thursday from 1st October 2026 to 1st April 2027. We are also open during school holidays but please check our website opening times for these.
